Perit is a professional network created by and for wellness enthusiasts ranging from stylists to personal trainers. We enable others to achieve professional mastery by providing market insight, customer reviews, and coaching to Perit members. Incidentally, the word “Perit” is synonymous with the term “master”, which is fitting because our sole purpose is to enable professionals to be the master of their careers. Perit is also derived from the Latin word “Peritia” meaning “knowledge, skill, and expertise”. Our services are designed specifically to support continuous learning and skill building.

Perit exists for licensed wellness professionals. You will need an active professional license to become a member. Visit the get started page to learn more about the benefits of membership. If Perit seems right for you, book a consultation so we can get to know you. After your consultation, request member access to become a member. We will be in touch within 2-3 business days after reviewing your membership request. We are so excited to be part of your career journey if you meet all the eligibility criteria!

Membership is free and we offer pay-per-use pricing for our member services. We provide discounted pricing for active members and full-rate pricing for passive members. For example, if you request market insight, there is a flat fee per purchase. As our thanks to you for being an active member, this fee is lower if you participate in our performance exchange. We encourage active membership by charging higher fees for our services if you opt-out of participating in the performance exchange. Please visit our pricing page for additional details.

Similarly, if you book coaching sessions, you pay only for sessions whenever you want or need them. Our coaching approach is data-informed, which means we rely on information from your public profile to provide the best possible experience. Fees are higher for passive members because the information necessary to provide data-informed coaching is limited when members are inactive. You’ll get the best value by remaining an active member. Absolutely. Anytime you request a customer review, the results are only visible to you. We protect customer privacy by requiring at least five reviews before sharing results. Whenever results are shared, they are presented in an aggregated summary overview to ensure anonymity. We also protect customer confidentiality by encrypting customer information. This encrypted information is not displayed alongside reviews. We don’t even ask for customer names. The only identifiable information we request is the customer’s email to prevent duplicate reviews.

You are assigned a dedicated coach when you become a member. Your coach will partner with you to identify ways to stay inspired by setting goals and exploring what motivates you. Your coach is also a partner in creating strategies to work more effectively so you can optimize your time and performance at work.

Get the most out of coaching by completing your motivation check-up, brainstorming a few potential career goals, and participating in the performance exchange. Of course, these are all optional activities, but these will help you get the most out of your time during each coaching session.
